Your Profile Page
A dedicated URL with your logo, description, services, animal types, and location — automatically generated from your settings.
Profile & Therapist Directory
Your public therapist profile is your digital business card. Pet owners can see at a glance who you are, what you offer, and how to reach you. If you also activate the therapist directory, new clients can find you via location search and map view — without any marketing effort on your part. Combined with the online booking calendar, pet owners can book an appointment or send you a message directly from your profile.

With an active booking calendar, the “Book Appointment Now” button appears directly on your profile.

Share your booking link on social media, in email signatures, on flyers, or in your Google Maps listing.
Your Public Profile Page
Section titled “Your Public Profile Page”Each profile automatically receives its own URL:

Pet owners can see all the information you provide in your settings:

If the online booking calendar is active, the “Book Appointment Now” and “Send Message” buttons also appear on your profile. Pet owners can request an appointment or ask you a question directly from your profile.
Setting Up Your Profile
Section titled “Setting Up Your Profile”-
Open Public Profile
Navigate to Settings > Public Profile. Here you manage all the information that appears on your profile page.

Fill in Basic Information
Complete all fields as thoroughly as possible: short description, detailed description, specializations, services, and animal types. The more detailed your profile, the more trustworthy it appears to potential clients.

Specify Practice Type and Location
Choose whether you work as a mobile therapist or have a fixed practice. For a fixed practice, your address is automatically displayed on a map. For mobile therapists, “Mobile Therapy” is shown instead.

Upload Logo
Your logo appears consistently on:
- Your public profile page
- Your booking page
- PDFs, invoices, and contracts
- Emails to your clients

Review Your Profile Page
At the bottom of the settings, you will find the direct link to your profile page. Open it to check how your profile looks to pet owners.
Therapist Directory
Section titled “Therapist Directory”The TheraTap therapist directory is a public listing where pet owners can find therapists near them. Participation is optional and can be activated with a single click.
Activate Visibility
Section titled “Activate Visibility”Navigate to Settings > Public Profile and activate:

How Pet Owners Find You
Section titled “How Pet Owners Find You”The directory offers extensive search and filter options:

Pet owners see an overview in the directory with your logo, name, specializations, and the label “Online bookable” if you have activated the booking calendar. From there, they can go directly to your profile and request an appointment.
Sharing Your Booking Link
Section titled “Sharing Your Booking Link”You can find your personal booking link under Settings > Public Profile. You can share two variants:
