Item Catalog

The item catalog is your personal directory of services and products. Once created, you can add items to any invoice with a single click — price, tax rate, and description are automatically applied. This saves time and ensures consistent invoices.

Services & Products

Two item types: services for treatments and consultations, products for consumables and supplies.

Quick Insert

Add items to an invoice with one click — name, price, tax rate, and unit are filled in automatically.

Custom Pricing

Set unit price, tax rate, and unit per item. You can still adjust them individually on each invoice.

Flexible Management

Sort, deactivate, or edit items at any time. Existing invoices remain unchanged.

Creating an Item

  1. Open item management

    Navigate to Settings → Items.

  2. Create a new item

    Click + New Item and fill in the details.

  3. Choose a type

    • Service — For treatments, consultations, and therapeutic procedures
    • Product — For physical goods, supplies, or consumables

  4. Enter details

    Field Description
    Name Short label (appears on the invoice)
    Description Optional additional info for the invoice line item
    Detailed description Extended explanation (e.g., for service documentation)
    Unit price Price per unit
    Tax rate VAT rate (automatically pre-filled)
    Unit e.g., piece, hour, session, treatment

  5. Save

    The item is immediately available for selection in every new invoice.

Using Items in Invoices

When creating an invoice, you can insert line items directly from the item catalog:

  1. Click Add line item on the invoice
  2. Select From item catalog
  3. Choose the desired item
  4. Name, price, tax rate, and unit are automatically applied
  5. Adjust quantity or price individually as needed

Managing Items

Section titled “Managing Items”
  • Edit — Open an item to change its name, price, or description. Changes only affect future invoices.
  • Deactivate — Set an item to inactive if you no longer need it. It disappears from the selection list but is preserved in existing invoices.
  • Sort — Arrange your items in a logical order — place the most frequently used ones at the top.
  • Delete — Permanently remove items that are no longer needed.
