Standard week
A recurring week per therapist – applies continuously until you change it.
The schedule defines which therapist works when. While the opening hours set your practice’s outer frame (when you’re open in general), the schedule determines who is actually available within those hours. From both together – opening hours ∩ schedule – TheraTap works out the bookable slots.
Standard week
A recurring week per therapist – applies continuously until you change it.
Individual weeks
Plan single weeks differently (e.g. one week finishing early) without touching the standard week.
Multiple locations
Optionally a location per shift – so TheraTap knows who works where.
Appointment types per shift
Optionally appointment types per shift – e.g. clinic in the morning, horses in the afternoon.
The schedule shows a grid: rows = therapists, columns = weekdays. Each shift appears as a coloured chip (the colour represents the location). Use the arrows at the top to move between weeks.
Per shift you can optionally define which appointment types apply in that time window – independently of the resource’s global skills.
| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| No appointment types selected | The therapist’s global skills apply. |
| Appointment types selected | In this shift’s time window, only the selected types apply (replacement, not an intersection). |
Example: 09–13 clinic appointments only, 14–18 equine treatment only – same person, no duplicate resource.
When saving a day cell, you decide how far the change reaches:
Only this week
Applies only to the week currently shown. The standard week stays untouched – ideal for one-off deviations.
From now on
Becomes the new standard week, effective from the shown week. Earlier weeks keep the plan that was valid then.
A slot is only bookable online when all conditions are met:
