Email Signature

With the general email signature you set up one closing once that is automatically appended to the content of every email sent from TheraTap – appointment confirmations, reminders, report delivery and more. This way all of your practice’s messages look consistent and professional.


  1. Open Settings → Text & Email Templates.
  2. Scroll to the Signature section.
  3. Design your signature and save.

The signature applies to your entire team and is appended to every outgoing email from the moment you save it.

You have two ways to design your signature – switchable at any time with a click:

Editor

The convenient mode: format text, add links, create lists – no HTML knowledge required. Ideal for most practices.

HTML

For full control: switch to HTML mode and paste finished HTML. Perfect when you want to carry over an existing signature one-to-one.

  • Practice name and, if you like, your own name
  • Contact details (phone, email, website)
  • Address of the practice
  • Optional: logo, social media links or a short note
