Set up multiple locations

When your therapists work at several treatment sites, you map that in TheraTap using locations. Each location has its own address, colour and booking link. Appointments, rooms and devices belong to a location – patient records, items and invoices stay shared across the whole practice.

  1. Open Settings → Online booking → Locations. 2. Enter name, address, phone and a colour for each location. 3. Mark one location as the primary location. 4. Deactivate locations you don’t offer instead of deleting them.

Under Rooms, assign each room to its location. Bookable capacity follows from that.

In the Schedule you set each therapist’s recurring standard week with a location per shift; individual weeks are adjustable. Under Absences you enter vacation/sick leave – this blocks online booking in the range.

As soon as more than one location is active, pet owners first choose the location in the booking widget. The confirmation email and calendar file contain the booked location’s address.
