Frequently asked questions

Billing

What subscription periods are there?
Monthly billing: Your subscription expires one month after the purchase of the subscription. Example: You subscribe on 12.02. and your subscription runs until February 11th. and will be on 12.02. automatically extended. Up to and including 11.02. can be canceled at any time.

Annual billing: Your subscription runs for exactly one year from the date of purchase and is automatically renewed every year. The subscription can be canceled at any time within the period. Your subscription runs until the end of the agreed period.
Can I change my subscription model?
It is possible to change the subscription at any time by booking a different package and/or choosing a different billing interval (e.g. from PRO to MAX and/or from monthly to annual billing). The new functions are activated immediately after purchase. You then pay the difference in the costs of the new subscription pro rata until the end of the term of the “old” subscription.

Example: You buy a Pro subscription on 14.03. and buy on 30.03. a Max subscription. Your Max subscription will be activated immediately and you will pay the difference between the two prices by April 13th. From April 14th pay the price of the Max subscription.
What happens after the 7-day free trial period?
After you try TheraTap free for 7 days, all functions will be limited and you will not be able to use TheraTap as usual. Your data will be preserved and you can switch to a paid subscription at any time. An automatic switch to a paid subscription will not be performed.

Use and compatibility

On which devices can I use TheraTap?
TheraTap was developed as WebApp and can be used on all common computers (Windows, Linux, Mac), smartphones and tablets. The only requirement is a internet connection.
Can I start TheraTap as an app on my phone or tablet?
You can add TheraTap to the home screen as a web app. To learn how, watch this video: How to add TheraTap to your smartphone or tablet home screen.
Where can I find TheraTap in the App or Google Play store?
TheraTap is (still) a web app and cannot be found in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. The use and function is the same as with a "normal" app and for the foreseeable future we will also be accessible via the usual stores.
My storage space is full, what can I do now?
No problem! Just send us an email at info@theratap.de and we will find an individual solution for you.
What can I do if there is no WiFi in the barn?
Use your smartphone as a hotspot if you want to continue working on the tablet and the tablet does not have a SIM card. Alternatively, TheraTap also works on a smartphone. So you can continue to work in a relaxed manner.

What payment options are there?
The following payment methods are currently available: Credit card (Visa, Master, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Play, SEPA direct debit mandate and Sofort

User administration and data protection

Can multiple users be created?
Yes, it is possible to create multiple users, but only with the Business subscription
Is there a privacy policy regarding data storage on TheraTap?
TheraTap provides a corresponding form for data transfer. The document can be downloaded here: Information on data transfer.
