TheraTap is the practice software for animal health – built for animal physiotherapists, osteopaths, animal naturopaths, dog trainers, mobile therapists, and veterinarians. More than 1,520 practices in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Denmark use TheraTap every day to manage their findings, appointments, and billing in one place – instead of juggling paper, Excel, and three different tools.
TheraTap is built near Hamburg, Germany – in close exchange with the people who use it every day. Every feature is shaped by real-world feedback from the field, not from whiteboard sessions. We don't build software for therapists – we build it with them.
Animal therapy is relationship work – between you, the animal, and its owners. Yet this valuable time is too often lost: in piles of paper, mismatched tools, late-night spreadsheet chaos, and entering the same data twice.
We want you to still have energy at the end of the day – for your patients, your family, your own animal, and yourself. That's why findings, treatment plans, appointments, online booking, and billing in TheraTap work together instead of in parallel. The result: fewer clicks, shorter report times, and several hours saved every week.
TheraTap is set to become the digital standard for animal health in Europe - easy to use, fairly priced, GDPR-compliant and in your language. A platform that connects veterinary practices, vets, dog schools and pet owners - not human medicine software with an animal add-on. Digital tools should support animal health, not slow it down.
TheraTap was built from day one for the variety of animal health. We know the difference between a mobile equine physio in a stable, a dog trainer in a home studio, and a veterinary clinic with 30 staff – and the software adapts to you, not the other way around:
- ✓Equine therapists & osteopaths
- ✓Dog therapists & trainers
- ✓Cat & small animal therapists
- ✓Animal naturopaths
- ✓Mobile therapists & veterinarians
- ✓Practices, clinics & teams
Whether you're just starting your own business, working solo, or leading a growing team – TheraTap grows with you. 14 days free, no credit card required, monthly cancellation.
