Does TheraTap also support group courses or workshops?

Currently no – TheraTap is designed for 1:1 training (one client per appointment). If you also offer groups, you can manage them externally and use TheraTap only for your individual training, stamp cards and documentation.

How do stamp cards work?

You set up packages (e.g. a 10-card for €250) and issue them as a one-time invoice. Each booked training session is automatically deducted as a stamp – you and your clients always see the remaining balance.

Which plan suits my dog school or riding stable?

The Pro plan from €29/month is sufficient for solo trainers. For riding stables with several trainers we recommend the Business plan with multi-user functions.

Can my clients manage their bookings themselves?

Yes. Via the online booking page they can book new individual appointments, reschedule or cancel them. Combined with stamp cards they always have an overview of their balance.
