You can test TheraTap for 7 days completely free of charge and without obligation - with all the functions of your chosen plan. A credit card or bank account is not required.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes, all monthly tariffs can be canceled at the end of each month. Annual tariffs have a term of 12 months and save you 12 %.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by SEPA direct debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Billing runs securely via Stripe.

Is there a minimum term?

With the monthly plan, you can cancel at any time at the end of the current month. With the annual plan, you receive a 12% discount, but the term is 12 months.

Can I change my tariff later?

Yes – you can upgrade at any time in your account. The new price is charged pro rata and takes effect immediately. A downgrade is generally possible too: just email info@theratap.de so we can check whether your current usage fits the target plan (e.g. number of patient files). If it doesn't fit and you'd like to leave TheraTap, you can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the billing period.

What is not included in the price?

Plan prices are all-inclusive – all standard features are included. Optional add-ons (AI voice function) are available separately. All prices exclude VAT.
