Who is the GOT settlement intended for?

For veterinary practices and veterinarians:innenwho have to bill their services according to the official scale of fees for veterinarians (GOT). Veterinary practitioners:innen can also use the function, but are not legally bound to the GOT.

Which GOT version is stored?

Currently the version dated 22.11.2022 (BAnz AT). We will update the catalog in the event of future amendments. Existing invoices remain unchanged because prices are frozen at the time of invoicing.

Can I choose the factor freely?

Yes, you select 1×, 2× or 3× per position - in emergency service mode, an additional 4× are available. TheraTap does not prescribe a factor.

How does the emergency service mode work?

Activate the emergency service toggle in the GOT picker. You get the factors 2× / 3× / 4× as well as a one-click button for your configured emergency service flat rate (standard 50 € net).

How is the travel allowance calculated?

You configure either a price per kilometer or a flat rate per visit in the settings. With the picker, you enter the kilometers driven - TheraTap automatically multiplies and adds the item to the invoice.

Are GOT invoices compatible with DATEV and LexOffice?

Yes, GOT invoices use the same export path as all other TheraTap invoices - DATEV export, LexOffice-Sync and e-invoicing (XRechnung 3.0) are available.
