The official fee schedule for veterinarians (GOT) is built into TheraTap – with service catalog, factor selection, emergency mode and travel allowance. Mandatory for veterinarians, optional for animal naturopaths.
The official fee schedule for veterinarians with all services from parts A, B and C is integrated directly into TheraTap. You search for the appropriate service, select the factor (1×, 2×, 3× or emergency service 2×/3×/4×) and the item is added to your invoice with price, description and tax rate.
The GOT picker shows you all services from parts A, B and C - separated by tabs, with full-text search, pre-filtered according to your patient's animal species. Click on the desired factor and the item is added to the invoice.
Set the GOT mode, travel allowance and emergency service flat rate for your team once in the settings - TheraTap automatically uses the values in every GOT invoice.
In the picker, you switch on the emergency service mode via toggle and get the factors 2×, 3× and 4× plus the stored emergency service flat rate as a one-click item. You enter the travel allowance as kilometers - TheraTap calculates.
Each GOT item is saved as a snapshot (plain text + price + factor) at the time the invoice is created. Existing invoices remain unchanged even after subsequent GOT amendments. All data is stored on GDPR-compliant servers in Germany.
