Clients with contact details, animals with master data and treatment history almost always come across. Layout customisations and templates from the old system often do not, attachments only in part. CSV or Excel is the most reliable.

How does the move work?

First we talk briefly: which system, which format. Then you request the export from your current provider and send it to us — only once the path is clear. We set up the practice in TheraTap, you review at your pace. It usually takes a few working days.

Is the first month an extra discount for switchers?

No. The first month is the regular trial every new account gets — not a special offer. You can check in peace whether the move and TheraTap fit your practice.

Can I just email you the export?

Better not as a first contact. The file contains client and patient data. That is why we talk first: whether the move is possible, which format we need, and how the file reaches us safely. After the import we delete the export.
