Does TheraTap really work offline?

You can view your day's appointments, patient data and existing findings offline, and create new findings completely offline. Once you're back online, the new findings are uploaded automatically.

Is there route planning for home visits?

Yes. In the calendar you open all today's patient addresses in Google Maps with one click on 'Calculate route' – in chronological order of the appointments. For horses the stable address is automatically used instead of the owner's address. Tour planning is included from the Profi plan.

How do I see what hasn't been synced yet?

TheraTap shows locally stored, not-yet-synced findings with a clear status indicator. So you always know which data still needs to be uploaded.

How many devices can I use?

As many as you like. Log in on your iPhone, iPad, Android phone and browser at the same time – everything stays in sync once you're online.

How can I bill travel or travel allowance?

For veterinarians, a GOT-compliant travel allowance per kilometer or as a flat rate is stored directly in billing. Other therapists can add travel manually as an additional item on the invoice.
