Publish courses

Published courses that are Publicly visible reach your clients in two ways: via MeinTier (course portal, profile and app) or via the course widget on your own website. You can combine both. You’ll find everything in the course’s Share tab.

MeinTier course portal

Pet owners search courses by topic, animal type, place and radius, date and price.

MeinTier profile

Your profile in the therapist directory shows a “Courses & Workshops” section.

MeinTier app

Clients book courses in the app and see their registrations under “Meine Kurse” (the app is in German).

Your own website

The course widget shows your courses with registration – in the design of the booking widget.

Via MeinTier

If your practice is listed in the MeinTier directory, your public courses automatically appear

• in the course portal at theratap.app/my-pet/courses/,
• on your profile in the “Courses & Workshops” section,
• in the MeinTier app under “Kurse finden”.

In the Share tab you copy the link to your course on your MeinTier profile – ideal for Instagram or WhatsApp.

Get found more easily

The course portal filters by Topic and animal types. Fill in both, otherwise the course won’t show up in filtered searches. A Course image makes the card stand out much more.

Not listed?

Without a listing, your courses don’t appear on MeinTier. The Share tab tells you and takes you straight to Turn on listing. Clients already connected to your practice still see your courses in the MeinTier app.

On your own website

The course widget is a separate widget next to the booking widget. You don’t need the booking calendar for it.

1. Copy the code

   Open a course, switch to the Share tab and copy the code under Embed on your own website.

2. Paste the code

   Paste the code on the page of your website where your courses should appear (e.g. “Courses”). The widget shows all published, publicly visible courses of your practice with registration.

3. Link straight to a course

   Add ?course=<course-slug> to the address of that page and the widget opens the course directly – e.g. https://your-practice.com/courses?course=puppy-class. The Share tab shows you the right link.

4. Only show certain topics (optional)

   With the data-topic attribute, the widget only shows courses on certain topics – handy if you only want to show puppy classes on your puppy page. Separate several topics with commas:

   Likewise, data-type (series, event, dropin) and data-location (location) filter the list.

Course doesn't show up?

Check that the course is published, publicly visible and has at least one upcoming session. If registration is closed or the course is full without a waiting list, it stays visible but can’t be booked.

What clients see in the MeinTier app

• Kurse finden (find courses): all courses with search, filters and radius search, with the courses of practices they’re connected to at the top.
• Register: with an animal from their household and the course’s required confirmations.
• Meine Kurse (my courses): registration status, next sessions, online link and – within your deadline – self-cancellation.
