Send a notice to one or several colleagues at the same time.
With internal notices, the staff of a practice can coordinate quickly – without external chat tools. Send one or more colleagues a short message, reply in the thread, and mark it as done once you’ve taken care of it.

Reply in a thread
Every notice becomes a conversation – everyone involved sees the full exchange.
Done per person
Each person marks their own copy as done – independently of the other recipients.
Patient & contact link
Optionally link an animal and/or a contact – ideal for questions about a case.
Unread badge
New notices show up as a counter in the main menu.
Email notification
Recipients are notified by email – for new notices and every reply.
Open the area via Menu → Notices. The “My notices” overview shows all notices where you are a recipient – as cards with the sender, time, an optional title, and the text.
The menu entry shows a counter badge as soon as you have unread notices.
Open the area
Go to Menu → Notices and click + Create notice.
Choose recipients
Under Assign to, select one or more people from your team.
Enter the content

Recipients see the notice in “My notices”, get an increased badge counter, and an email.
On a card, click Reply ↩. The conversation opens with all participants and the previous entries in chronological order. Write your reply and save it.
As soon as someone replies, the notice is marked as open and unread again for all other participants – including the original sender. That way no new activity gets missed and everyone stays in sync.
Once you’ve taken care of a notice, mark it as done via ✓. This applies only to your own copy – other recipients keep their own status.
Use the Open and Done tabs to filter your notices. A notice you mark as done moves to the “Done” tab. If someone replies later, it automatically reappears under “Open”.
For emails about your own appointments (assignment, online booking, change, cancellation), see My Notifications separately – independent of internal notices.
