Puppy class, rehab group or webinar – plan courses with online registration, waiting list and certificate of attendance

Many animal practices offer group sessions alongside individual treatment: puppy classes, senior fitness, first-aid workshops or webinars for horse owners. Until now, that often meant spreadsheets, emails and bank transfers matched by hand. From today, TheraTap has the Courses & Webinars module for it. We are deliberately starting with a small group and enable the module for your practice on request.

Create courses in minutes

Pick the course type – course series, single event or drop-in – and the format: on site, online or hybrid. Generate the sessions as a series (e.g. 6 × Tuesdays at 6 pm) and add seats, price and requirements. For the next run, simply duplicate the course.

Registration, waiting list, attendance

Registrations land in the course automatically. Confirm them with one click or let them be confirmed automatically. When the course is full, TheraTap keeps a waiting list. After each session you record attendance, and Bill everyone creates draft invoices for all participants.

TheraTap writes the emails

• Reminder before the first or every session – with location or online link and what to bring.
• Thank-you email after the last session.
• Certificate of attendance as a PDF attachment, with name, animal, course and period.

Where your clients find your courses

• MeinTier course portal: at theratap.app/my-pet/courses/ pet owners search courses by topic, animal type, radius, date and price.
• Your MeinTier profile: your courses appear in the “Courses & Workshops” section – with direct registration.
• MeinTier app: clients book courses in the app, see sessions and the online link under “Meine Kurse” and cancel themselves up to your deadline.
• Your own website: embed the course widget with a code snippet – in the design of your booking widget.

The course module is not automatically part of your plan; we enable it on request. Email us at info@theratap.de and tell us briefly which courses you would like to offer. We will get back to you with all the details, including terms, and enable the module for your practice.
