We’re building MeinTier — our app for your pet owners. In a few weeks, it will launch on the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android). And the best part: core features are free for your clients.

What is MeinTier?

MeinTier is the digital health record for dogs, cats, and horses — directly connected to your TheraTap practice. Unlike an empty pet tracker app, your clients don’t start from scratch: findings, exercise plans, and appointments from your practice software are visible in the app from day one.

What can pet owners do with it?

Health & care

• Digital health records — vaccination passport, deworming, medications, and farrier appointments (for horses) with reminders
• Health journal — capture observations as text and photos, filter by category
• Health tracking — document weight, wellbeing, lameness, and pain over time
• Tasks & reminders — create care tasks and never miss important dates again

Appointments & therapists

• Manage appointments — view upcoming and past appointments, book new ones online
• Therapist finder — search for verified TheraTap therapists nearby, including map view
• Push and email reminders — for vaccinations, deworming, medications, and appointments

Therapy & documentation

• Therapy plans and exercises — view homework, check off completed exercises, and track progress in a training log
• Receive findings — reports and therapy recommendations directly from you, including interactive finding views
• Documents — receive findings, invoices, and reports; upload your own PDFs and photos or scan documents
• Anamnesis forms — fill out and submit your forms directly in the app
• Data sharing — share pet data with you or other caregivers (e.g. partner, stable community)

Premium (optional)

For pet owners with multiple animals or higher needs, MeinTier Premium offers unlimited pets, more storage, progress charts, video uploads, shared access, and the AI assistant Malina for health questions.
