Merge duplicate contacts, vets and patients in a single click

Anyone working with clients and patients every day knows the problem: an owner gets created twice, a vet shows up more than once, the same animal exists twice. With the new Duplicates module you can clean this up in just a few clicks.

What’s new

• Find duplicates automatically – TheraTap groups contacts by identical name, email or phone number, and patients by name, species and owner.
• Merge cleanly – merging moves all linked data: appointments, invoices, tasks, stamp cards, records, therapy plans, notes, files and every assignment (owner, vet …).
• Vets included – since vets are regular contacts, they merge just the same way.
• Preview before merging – you decide which record survives; empty fields are filled automatically from the second one.

Also improved

• Cleaner search – every result now appears only once, and archived entries no longer show up.
• Reliable deletion – contacts can now be reliably archived or permanently deleted; linked patients are detached automatically and kept.
• Company contacts without a first name – clinics and practices can now be created with just a company name.
