Note cards in the patient record
Your most important notes — always at hand, right in the patient record. With the new note cards, you can capture everything you need to know before or during a treatment:
- How was the animal diagnosed?
- What do you need to watch out for during treatment?
- What else is important?
Click, save, stay prepared. No more searching through old notes or scattered comments.
Day-specific availability for online booking
Especially useful for mobile therapists: if your schedule varies from day to day, this feature is for you.
You can now set individual availability per day — easily and without overwriting your regular weekly hours. Only available Monday mornings? Blocked Thursday afternoon? Longer hours on Friday? No problem.
Combined invoices
One of the most requested features: combined invoices. When a pet owner comes in with multiple animals and you want to bill everything as one package, it used to be cumbersome.
Now simply enable the combined invoice checkbox and select the respective animal for each line item. One invoice, all services, cleanly assigned.
Customize document design
You can now design invoices, medical reports, therapy plans, and contracts even more individually:
- Logo size and logo alignment
- Accent color and punch holes
- Hide individual information fields
Element positions follow the DIN standard for window envelopes — so your documents look professional when printed too.
More improvements
Beyond the major features, we also worked on details:
- Simplified invoicing — fewer clicks to a finished invoice
- Loyalty card adjustments — more flexible design for your stamp cards
- Freehand drawing — sketches and markings directly in the app
In a few weeks: The free pet owner app
MeinTier — our app for your pet owners — launches in a few weeks on the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android). Free for your clients.
Pet owners will be able to:
- view their animals’ digital health records
- track appointments and therapy plans
- receive documents and recommendations
