Create structured documents flexibly – right in patient and contact records

Create structured documents flexibly – right in patient and contact records

Feeding plans, training plans, consent forms, checklists – sometimes a free-text contract isn’t enough. From now on, you build document templates in TheraTap with the familiar form builder: fields, tabs, tables, static text, rich text, and digital signatures – all combinable.

Build once, reuse often

Under Settings → Document Templates, you create templates for patients, contacts, or both. TheraTap includes system templates as a starting point (e.g. feeding plan, treatment contract) – Duplicate them to make your own version.

Fill in from the record

On the Documents tab (in the patient record, directly after assessment forms), click Create document, pick a template – your own first, then system templates – and complete the form. Edit the title in the modal header and the creation date in the sidebar. Save & open PDF takes you straight to the preview.

Saved documents stay in the record, can be edited, and are always available as PDF. Changes to the template only affect new documents – existing ones keep their content.

Complements contracts

Classic contracts with placeholders remain for free-text agreements in the rich-text editor. Document templates are the structured alternative – similar to assessment and anamnesis forms, but for anything that should land in the record as PDF.
