E-mail signature, freely selectable note date, control the customer report and hide the due date

Right after the big June update we kept going: four more customer requests are ready — small levers with a big impact on your daily work.

At a glance

  • General e-mail signature for all outgoing mail
  • Freely selectable note date — even after the fact
  • Control the customer report — you decide which sections are visible
  • Hide the due date on invoices

General e-mail signature

You can now set a central signature that is automatically appended to the content of every e-mail sent from TheraTap — appointment confirmations, reminders, report delivery and more. Set it up once, and it’s everywhere.

You have the choice: use the convenient editor to design your signature with formatting, links and lists. If you want full control, switch to HTML mode with one click and paste finished HTML — ideal when you want to carry over an existing signature one-to-one.

Freely selectable note date

Until now, notes were automatically stamped with the current date. But sometimes you record something that happened on a different day — a phone call from yesterday or an observation from the weekend.

From now on, you can freely pick the desired date when creating or editing a note. This keeps your documentation chronologically correct.

Control the customer report

Not every section of a finding belongs in the report for the animal owner. Internal notes, technical terms or intermediate steps don’t always need to be seen by clients.

Now you decide what ends up in the customer report — on two levels:

  • Per finding: click the eye icon to show or hide individual sections for exactly this report.
  • In the template: define per field whether it appears in the customer report by default — so you don’t have to set it again for every finding.

The internal report still shows everything; the customer report only shows what you release.

Hide the due date on invoices

Not every practice works with a fixed payment term on the invoice. If you’d rather leave out the due date, you can now hide it team-wide — the other dates (invoice and service date) stay untouched.

You’ll find the toggle right in the document design, including a live preview.
