A location per address
Create as many locations as you need, each with its address, colour and booking link. Every appointment belongs to exactly one location.
Rooms per location
Assign treatment rooms to their location. Online booking calculates capacity per site – one room allows no two parallel appointments, two rooms do.
Booking per location
In the booking widget, pet owners first choose the location and then see only matching times. The confirmation contains the correct address.

Frequently asked questions about multiple locations

A location is a treatment site of your practice with its own address, colour and booking link. Appointments, rooms and devices belong to a location; patient records, items and invoices stay shared across the whole practice.

Online booking takes the treatment rooms per location into account. If a location has only one room, only one appointment is bookable at the same time – even with several therapists. A location with two rooms allows two parallel appointments.

Yes. Animals, owners and the entire treatment history are identical at all locations. Only scheduling and booking are location-specific.

Yes. As soon as more than one location is active, pet owners first choose the location in the booking widget. They then see only matching appointments, and the confirmation contains the correct address.

For practices whose therapists treat at several sites – for example a physiotherapy practice with two locations or a team offering fixed treatment days at different addresses. For single-location practices nothing changes.
