Coordinate with your team in seconds – no WhatsApp, sticky notes, or shouting across the room
“Can you take another look at Bella’s scar tomorrow?” – “Please hold off on Mr Meyer’s invoice until next week.” Short coordination like this happens constantly in every practice. Until now it ran on shouted reminders, sticky notes, or private messengers. So that nothing slips through the cracks, there are now internal notices right inside TheraTap.
Send one or more colleagues a short message, reply in the conversation, and check it off when it’s done – all in the same place as your patients and appointments.
What internal notices can do
- To multiple recipients at once – a notice reaches exactly the colleagues it concerns
- Reply in a thread – the whole exchange stays in one place, traceable for everyone involved
- Done per person – each person marks their own copy as done, independently of the others
- Link a patient or customer – optionally attach an animal and/or a contact so it’s clear what it’s about
Nothing gets missed
You see new notices immediately: a counter badge in the main menu shows how many unread notices are waiting for you. On top of that, recipients get an email – both for a new notice and for every reply. The author, of course, isn’t notified about their own message.
If someone replies to a notice that was already marked done, it automatically moves back to “Open” – keeping the entire conversation current for everyone.
Tidy thanks to tabs
You sort your notices with two simple tabs: Open and Done. Whatever you’ve checked off moves to “Done” and clears your inbox for what actually still needs attention.
Clearly separate from the customer chat
Internal notices are strictly team-internal – staff to staff. They have nothing to do with the chat to animal owners and never show up anywhere for your customers. What’s discussed within the team stays within the team.
Available in the Praxis plan and during the trial period.
