The new Follow-up hub – due preventive care, inactive animals and missing follow-ups at a glance

Regular clients don’t always come back on their own – sometimes a due vaccination slips through the cracks, sometimes there simply is no next appointment after a treatment. With Follow-up, TheraTap now actively reminds you which animals need attention, so you win clients back on purpose instead of waiting.

Upcoming Preventive Care Right on the Dashboard

The new tile shows overdue measures and those due within the next 30 days across your whole practice – sorted by urgency, overdue ones highlighted in red. A click reveals the details with last and next date; Show all takes you to the full Follow-up page.

Four Ways to Win Patients Back

On the Follow-up page you switch between four segments at the top – the number on each tab shows how many animals are affected:

• Preventive care – overdue and soon-due vaccinations, dewormings, check-ups and more.
• Inactive – animals whose last visit was long ago and who have no upcoming appointment. The ideal “we haven’t seen you in a while” trigger.
• No follow-up – recently treated, but with no next appointment in the calendar.
• First visit – animals with a single treatment who never returned.

You set the thresholds for “inactive”, “recently treated” and “first visit” yourself – so Follow-up fits your practice.

Filter Instead of Search

Filter by animal type, measure, status and time window, hide animals without contact details, or search by animal or owner name. Even with several thousand patients the list stays fast, because it loads page by page.

Reach Out with a Single Click

Every row gets you straight into action:

• Write email opens the TheraTap mail composer with the pet owner and the relevant animal in context.
• Call starts the call right away on mobile.
• Open patient record jumps to the full record.

And if you’d rather reach a whole group, export the filtered list as a CSV.
