Everything that matters at a glance – the patient record as a cockpit
When you open a patient record, you want to know where you stand within seconds: what happened last, what’s coming up, is there anything to watch out for? That’s exactly why we completely redesigned the patient record overview – from a plain block of numbers into a true cockpit.
Everything at a glance
Instead of merely counting metrics, the new overview shows real content – all without switching tabs first:
- Warnings at the very top – allergies or other critical notes appear highlighted in red in first place, so nothing gets missed.
- Next appointment & follow-up – with date, time, appointment-type color, and room or therapist. The following appointment is shown right away as an outlook.
- Last treatment – the most recent assessment sheet with status, date, author, and the number of findings and media, including the previous assessment.
- Quick-info tiles – weight with trend, number of treatments, last visit, and outstanding invoice amount. One click takes you straight to the relevant area.
- Open tasks & due preventive care as compact lists.
Trends and history
Below the tiles, you keep an eye on how things develop:
- Health trends – pain, lameness, and well-being as trend curves, provided the pet owner shares values via the Mein-Tier app.
- Weight history – every weight change is stored with a date. The overview shows the current value and the trend; click it to open the full history and add new values.
- Activity timeline – a timeline of recent events across all areas: assessments, appointments, invoices, emails, notes, weight entries, and more.
Define your own warnings
The red warnings are fed by your info cards: flag a card as “Warning” and it automatically appears at the top of the overview. That way you decide what should stand out immediately for a patient – such as a medication allergy or a behavioral note.
Work faster, miss nothing
The new overview saves you from clicking through several tabs: you grasp a patient’s status in seconds, see what’s upcoming and any warnings at once, and jump exactly to where you want to continue with a single click.
The new patient record overview is available to everyone now – simply open a patient record.
