Run several practice locations – with booking per site, but shared patient records
More and more animal practices treat at more than one place. That’s why TheraTap now supports multiple locations: map every treatment site of your practice – without duplicating the practice.
A location per address
Create as many locations as you need, each with its address, colour and own booking link. Every appointment, room and device belongs to exactly one location.
Shared records, separate scheduling
Your data stays together. Animals, owners, treatment history, items and invoices are the same at every location. Only scheduling and online booking are location-specific.
One billing entity for all locations
Locations share the same billing entity – invoices, items and practice data belong to one company and are not split per location.
If you need legally separate billing (e.g. two independent companies with their own billing address), create two TheraTap practices – each with its own subscription. With the same user account you can switch between practices at any time.
Room-based booking capacity
A location with one room allows only one appointment at the same time – even with several therapists. A location with two rooms allows two parallel appointments.
Schedule & vacation
In the new Schedule you maintain each therapist’s recurring standard week – with a location per shift – and adjust individual weeks. Vacation and closures block online booking automatically.
