TheraTap is becoming complete software for veterinary practices – built together with practices from everyday work
TheraTap is used in more than 1,500 practices – from animal physiotherapy and osteopathy to mobile veterinary practices. Now we are taking the next step: together with veterinarians, we are expanding TheraTap into complete software for veterinary practices. For this, we are looking for pilot practices. The project grew out of our customers’ everyday work: in practices where veterinary medicine and therapy work closely together, we collected what is still missing for everything to run in one system.
What we are building in the pilot
- X-ray integration: create an X-ray request in TheraTap and send it to the X-ray system – the image then lands in the patient record automatically.
- Lab integration: create lab requests from the record and automatically match results from labs such as IDEXX, SYNLAB or Veteo to the right patient.
- Medication in records and invoices: record medication with quantities in the treatment record and carry it straight over to the invoice.
- GOT billing, messages to reception and patient status in Flow: all of these already exist – in the pilot we fine-tune them for the workflow of a veterinary practice, for example with stations such as waiting room, X-ray, veterinary treatment and osteopathy.
These are goals, not commitments to dates. The pilot practices help decide which integrations come first.

Many of you work with veterinarians every day. If you know a practice that would like to help shape its software, tell them about the pilot project or send them the link. The pilot runs in 2026 and 2027; applications are open until the end of November 2026.
